This Floral House Purchase Agreement governs your access to Appily twentyeight and every order of fresh cut flowers including cut rose collections, spring tulips, orchid studio stems, garden peonies, lily bouquets, wildflower meadow bundles and tropical exotics placed through our online storefront. By browsing, registering, or checking out, you accept these terms in full.

2. Who we are

APPILY TWENTYEIGHT FLORAL HOUSE PRIVATE LIMITED trades as Appily twentyeight. Our studio address is Studio 28, Corsage Lane, Florist Quarter, Hyderabad, Telangana 500001. We operate as a florist retailer supplying fresh cut flowers for personal gifting, events, and decorative use.

3. What we sell

Our catalogue lists fresh cut flowers including cut rose collections, spring tulips, orchid studio stems, garden peonies, lily bouquets, wildflower meadow bundles and tropical exotics. Photographs show representative stem appearance; natural variation in bloom size, petal count, hue intensity, and stem length is normal across harvests and growing regions.

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and correspond to the pack size or stem count on each product card.
  • Seasonal blooms may be temporarily unavailable during off-peak growing periods.
  • Substitutions of equivalent value may be offered when a specific variety is out of stock, with your consent where required.

4. Who may purchase

Checkout requires email verification. Buyers must be at least eighteen years old, or purchase through a parent or legal guardian.

5. Payment and order confirmation

  • An order is confirmed when prepaid payment clears or Cash on Delivery is accepted on the confirmation screen.
  • We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery in serviceable pin codes.
  • Any COD handling fee is displayed before you submit checkout.

6. Perishable nature of flowers

Fresh flowers are living botanical products. Vase life after delivery depends on water quality, ambient temperature, and care. We hydrate stems before dispatch but cannot guarantee identical bloom longevity in every home environment.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts near our Hyderabad registration address.
